Terms and Conditions 

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the total hire fee.
1.2. To secure your preferred booking time, full payment is due 3 days prior to the hire date.

2. Cancellation Policy 

2.1. If a cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the hire date, a full refund of the balance (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be issued.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the hire date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy 

3.1. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 3 days prior to the original hire date.
3.2. Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days prior to the original hire date will be considered as a cancellation, and the above cancellation terms will apply.

4. No-shows 

4.1. No-shows will be treated as cancellations, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Exceptional Circumstances 

5.1. In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or emergencies), Studio24 reserves the right to reschedule bookings without penalty to the client.
5.2. Clients may request a refund or reschedule without penalty if they can demonstrate that exceptional circumstances prevented their attendance.

6. Changes by Studio24 

6.1. Studio24 reserves the right to make changes to the booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, double booking). In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Damage and Liability 

7.1. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to Studio24 property or equipment during the hire period.
7.2. Studio24 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to client property during the hire period.

8. Acceptance of Terms 

8.1. By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
